Community Health Connect works to help low-income and uninsured adults and children access medical and dental care. They accomplish this goal by networking with doctors and dentists who agree to provided discounted or free services. Services include ophthalmology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, ENT, plastic surgery, pediatrics, dentistry, dermatology, gastroenterology, infectious disease, dentistry and optometrist who can give adults and children free eye glasses.
