Raising a grandchild?
Grandfamilies serves grandparents or relatives and family friends who are raising a child. This program has recently expanded their services into Utah County!
Grandfamilies assist caregivers through the following services:
*A 10 week class providing education and support groups for both adults and children
*Need based crisis intervention to help stabilize families
*Friend-to-Friend meetings activities to help build social supports
*Links to community resources to help achieve the best outcomes for children and relatives
*Help obtaining guardianship
