On October 20th from 10am to 9pm, the Utah Valley Convention Center will host a free baby expo! The event is open to the public and offers a variety of information useful not only to new moms but to any parent or individual interested in learning more about products and services available for babies!
The expo will offer mini classes, activities, entertainment, and vendors with booths that include baby products, clothing, toys, health and wellness, education, birth options, and more.
All About Baby was created by Melynda Fanene and her husband Ioane after the birth of their first son to provide parents with a one-stop location for products, services, and education about babies!
On their blog they state their mission in their own words:
"Our mission is to focus on these precious little ones through pregnancy, delivery, and the tender years of a new life. Attention to their physical, spiritual, and emotional health and happiness can and should be first and foremost. Every second in life is precious, especially for a sweet new baby experiencing life for the first time. Let's do what we can to help give them the very best.
A Note From Dad: A buddy once told me, upon the arrival of his new baby girl, that a friend shared some insight: 'A door in your heart is about to open that you never knew existed.' Being a new dad myself, I now know what he meant. It is for that reason that my wife and I envisioned the All About Baby Expo in hopes of raising the awareness for moms AND dads, to realize they are absolutely instrumental in the success of their children from the very beginning. All I can hope is that all parents love their children as much as I love my little son."
