Volunteers are needed to help at the First Lady's Conference & Expo!
Here
are the volunteer job descriptions :
Workshop
Volunteer Description
1 Host
workshop rooms by welcoming people at each door
2 Pass
out any material that the presenter has to give
Listen
to the workshop and assist as needed
4 In
the case of AV problems – go to the information table to ask for AV assistance
Registration
Table Volunteer Description
1 Assist
in passing out programs and materials
2 Welcome
attendees and look at tickets as they enter
3 You
will not need to “take tickets”
4 Encourage
attendees to fill out information on ticket stubs for drawings
The
shifts are as follows:
May
4th 10am – 3pm
morning to afternoon shift
2pm – 7pm afternoon to evening shift
May
5th 10am – 2pm
morning to afternoon shift
1pm – 6pm afternoon to evening shift
